The Charles Phykitt Insurance Agency was established in 1997. Since then, our primary goal has been to make insurance as EASY as possible for our customers. We serve anyone residing in Massachusetts as well as we write property insurance for investors out of state buying investment properties and second homes in Massachusetts. We are a full service insurance agency capable of helping you with your personal and commercial insurance needs. Our professional and friendly staff are just a call away for a fast and friendly quote. We pride ourselves on shopping insurance out for you among the many carriers we represent, therefore offering you the lowest rate we have available for your insurance needs.

When you call our office you will always be greeted by a person, not a machine! We prefer old fashioned service and believe our clients do too. Some things never go out of style! We believe talking to a machine is not very personal, so you will never get voicemail in our office, because we do not have voicemail for any of our employees.

As much as we believe in old fashioned service, we are also up to date with our technology and we can communicate with clients via text message through our computers. We also have Docusign, so you can sign any policy documents right from your cell phone, and we can take deposits electronically, so you never need to leave your house to do business with us!
