Paula began her insurance career in 1993, as a receptionist for a local agency in Pittsfield, MA. In 1995 she went to work for R & C Insurance agency, as a licensed personal lines representative. Then in 1997, she helped Charles – Charlie as most people know him – Phykitt start Charles Phykitt Insurance Agency. Over the next 7 years she moved into commercial lines, started being involved in all aspects of the agency, including meeting with company reps, and also became licensed for Life Insurance. In 2004, Paula bought the agency from Charlie, when he retired. Today she is still very involved in all aspects of the agency and tries to provide customers with personal service as insurance, as insurance can be complicated. With her wealth of insurance knowledge and experience in the industry, she prides her business on “old fashioned customer service”. In her spare time, Paula enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, and traveling.
